Repair projects and special assessment reporting, from approved Board minutes.

Special Assessment Overview

Funds received, funds committed, funds spent, and the uncommitted balance are different accounting measures. Each figure is shown separately with its date and source; one is never calculated from another.

Latest reported figures

As of October 2026 (per 10/27/2026 Board minutes). These are separate figures measuring different things; they are not added to or subtracted from one another.

An updated figure will be posted when the next financial statement is available.

The 10/27/2026 minutes also report the Board ratified a resolution approving $33,000 already spent from assessment funds to remove trees from rooftops. That is a single item, not total spending. For statements, see Financial Transparency.

How these updates work

Project statuses come from approved Board minutes. Unit-specific work orders, contractor negotiations, and private resident information are not published here. To report a problem at your unit, use the maintenance request process.

Approved minutes are the official record. If this page and the minutes disagree, the minutes control.
