Coronada Food Drive, November 7–15
Treasurer Mary Grissim announced the Coronada Food Drive for the Bellevue Community Food Bank, November 7–15, 2026. This is Coronada's 7th year to participate.

Community safety camera policy takes effect November 1
The Board reported that the new Flock camera policy would be implemented November 1. Every search requires one designated administrator to initiate it and a second to approve it in writing.

Roofing Phase 1 and Phase 2 approved
The Assessment Committee reported that the Ragan's Roofing Phase 1 and 2 projects were approved. Phase 3 planning for roofing and siding is underway.
