Our
homes are our castles. And, as such, they are generally the
most expensive thing that we own. In order to keep our homes viable
and increasing in value, we must maintain both inside and outside
to protect our investments and to make them attractive to home buyers.
BEFORE you put your condo on the market,
please contact the office to let them know you are planning to list
your home
AND to have anything that needs
repairing to be repaired that is Coronadas responsibility
BEFORE
the house becomes available to prospective home buyers. That way,
your home looks good to visitors who will come and look at the property
AND the property will look good to everyone who visits.
When deciding to sell your home,
you must let the office know
IN WRITING
prior to listing your home. This is a rule that is called
FIRST
RIGHT OF REFUSAL. This means that Coronada has the first right
to buy your property before someone else. You should also disclose
in the Tennessee Property Disclosure anything that you have done to
the property (enlarged deck, etc.) so the new homeowner understands
their responsibilities in upkeep.
