Labor Day Schedule

From CCA Management:  A reminder that Monday, September 6, is Labor Day.  Trash pickup normally scheduled for Monday will be picked up on Tuesday, September 7, since all of our employees will be enjoying the holiday.  ALSO, remember the SUNDOWNER on Sunday evening, September 5 at 6 pm at the CCA pool.  This is pot-luck dinner with drinks furnished by the CCA Board of Managers.  Thanks and have a safe and enjoyable Labor Day weekend!

SBA Loan Process Approved

From Richard Guess, CCA President:  Tonight there was a great discussion about Coronada obtaining an SBA loan to help us rebuild our beautiful community and hillsides to make them stronger for many years to come.  The meeting was spirited and a lot of information was discussed.  In the end, the CCA homeowners approved the SBA loan application by a vote of 63-8.  Thanks to all who came out and participated in this form of democracy.
