Bango's Pest Control    Coronada recently renewed our contract with Bango's Pest Control. In order to clear up any confusion or questions regarding our contract, we will list what our contract covers: MONTHLY SERVICE:    Covers indoor general pest control (roaches, rodents, house spiders, ants, millipedes, centipedes, and crickets, etc.) This service is rendered on an "as needed" basis on Wednesdays between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm BY APPOINTMENT. Please call Bangos to set up an appointment if you need this service. TERMITE SERVICE:    Covers termites ONLY and is serviced on an "as needed" basis. Each unit is inspected AT LEAST once a year. Any termite treatment needed is covered under this plan. SEMI -ANNUAL SERVICE:    This is for the control of wasp and carpenter bees and is performed every 6 months. All eaves and overhanging areas are treated. SERVICES NOT COVERED:    Brown recluse spiders, outdoor stinging insects such as wasps, bees and other hornets, fleas and ticks or any wood destroying insects other than termites such as carpenter ants, wood beetles or carpenter bees.
